Licence & activation

There are two plans, both paid monthly or annually; a year is ten months’ price. The EUR base price is the same each period; there is no separate first-year or renewal price. EUR is the only defined price. Where available, Stripe shows a converted local-currency amount at checkout using its current exchange rate. The first seven days are free: you provide a card when starting the trial, and the first payment is collected after it ends. There is no setup fee. The subscription renews automatically on the same date each period until you turn renewal off, which you can do yourself in your account at any time.

Solo costs €19 + VAT a month or €190 + VAT a year. It is one person on one computer: the full application on your own machine, with no workspaces, digital members or team. Solo is bound to one computer at a time. The first sign-in in the Kvantia app binds it; to move to another computer, release the old one in your account, or confirm the move when the app on the new computer asks. Moves are free, self-service and not limited in number.

Office is for a team. The base costs €199 + VAT a month (€1,990 a year) and includes one digital member. Each person costs €19 a month (€190 a year), and each further digital member costs €99 a month (€990 a year). Office adds shared memory, organisation chat, and roles and permissions.

A workspace is the computer running the AI plus the people attached to it. The account that runs it is its digital member, and that account signs in on the machine — there is no licence key to type. On Office you can have as many workspaces as digital members. Buying Office creates your first workspace; the owner creates the rest up to that number. Each workspace is one Runtime — one active computer and one AI worker at a time — with its own worker and its own history, so two workspaces never share state.

A person counts when they are attached to at least one workspace; a digital member does not count as a person. A workspace stays live while your subscription is live and it is inside the number your digital members allow, counted oldest first. If you end up with more workspaces than that, the ones above it stop starting work. Nothing is deleted, and they come back as soon as there is room for them again.

You can move from Solo to Office, and add people or digital members, from your account at any time; the difference is charged pro rata for the rest of the current term, and during the free trial nothing is charged until it ends. Lowering the numbers or moving from Office back to Solo is not self-service — write to us.

The subscription covers the software, its updates and its security fixes. Turn renewal off and Harness keeps working to the end of the term you have already paid for. After that it stops starting new work — no manual runs, no scheduled ones — while work already running finishes safely. Nothing on your machine is deleted: settings, results, routines and the full audit history stay readable and exportable, and the work it already produced stays yours.

Replacing a workspace computer is free and self-service, with no limit on how often: release the old machine in your account, and the digital member signs in on the new one.

• Registration is refused. That workspace already has a machine, or the account signing in is not its digital member. Release the machine in your account, or name the right digital member.
• Solo says another computer is bound. Solo runs on one computer at a time. Confirm the move in the app, or release the old computer in your account. Moves are self-service and there is no limit on them.
• The computer hardware changed. Release the machine in your account and sign in again on the rebuilt one. Transfers are self-service and there is no limit on them.
• A workspace stopped starting work. There are more workspaces than your digital members allow. Add a digital member or remove a workspace — the limit is one workspace per digital member, counted oldest first. Nothing is deleted either way.
• Cannot create a workspace or invite people. You are on Solo, which is one person on one computer. Move to Office in your account.
• Routines stopped running. The subscription ended, or a payment failed and the grace period ran out. Nothing on your machine is deleted; pay again and the same workspace starts working.
• A payment failed. Harness keeps running through the 30-day grace period. Write to us to update the card and nothing is interrupted.
